GreenUp Women – Search Conference for a Green Future is a multi-stakeholder initiative designed to strengthen women's leadership in the green transition and increase their participation in the green economy and sustainable business models. Aligned with the SDGs, the project brought together representatives from public institutions, local governments, academia, the private sector, civil society, and university students. Through six thematic working groups, participants assessed the current state of women's participation in the green transition, identified key challenges and opportunities, established shared priorities, and co-created practical, inclusive, and action-oriented recommendations. Using the Search Conference methodology, the project fostered cross-sector dialogue and collective intelligence while producing a strategic roadmap with policy recommendations to support climate action, evidence-informed policymaking, and women's leadership in the green transition.
