To assess women's participation in leadership and decision-making positions, promote equal participation, and publish a manual of good practices as a tool for organizations to make the first steps in the right direction. In addition, thanks to a BPW Cyprus initiative, public procurement preference is now given to companies that have been certified by the National Certification Authority either as an Equal Opportunity Employer or for the implementation of Good Practices.
