SUMMARY OF SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Mrs. Bulungu has over 15 years of experience in language, literacy, and numeracy instruction, teacher training, and in managing technical teams in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Mrs. Bulungu currently provides technical assistance to PAAQE/IAI project in providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Education in the development of Interactive audio instruction and in the implementation of these lessons in classrooms in Burkina Fasso. Mrs. Bulungu holds a Bachelors in International Relations from the University Libre of Kinshasa. She is a native speaker of French and Lingala and is proficient in English and Kikongo.
