To enhance the development of BPWHK members with seasoned professionals as their mentors and an university female undergraduates as their mentees; to generate more social innovation ideas and action plans for the betterment of Hong Kong; to strengthen the #BalanceForBetter theme of IWD 2019.

1-1-1 Mentorship Program (SDG 5, 11 & 17): BPW Hong Kong launched the inaugural and first ever three tier mentorship program that brings together seasoned mentors in the society, on entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment, politics, etc; our BPWHK members as facilitators; and younger generation women from local universities. Together, the team of three will work on a social innovation project that can solve a social issue in Hong Kong. We hosted a series of workshops, training and a final pitching day for teams to share their ideas and result of their social innovation project.
